Print draft feedback and learner response

Estimated current grade for print work: D   Comments and feedback: The image on the cover is great – but is it a cover image? It makes it quite difficult to see the rest of the conventions on the cover. Typography use is generally very strong on the cover but make sure it’s consistent. That’s part of meeting the ‘house style’ element of the brief. Check the brief minimum requirements and make sure you tick everything in terms of cover lines etc. The two additional images can work but this feels like a draft rather than final version with the white background etc. Perhaps think about placement too? Is your slogan too long? You generally want them to be snappy. Could possibly consider the same for the main flash / main cover line. The double page spread has some conventions used effectively and some missing. Again, go back to the brief and work through what needs to be there. I would read over the introductory text again as it could be smoother in places. The Q&A format works well
